How do I make a purchase?
1) Click on the item you would like to purchase, you will be redirected to a product page. Click on "Add to Cart"
2) If you would like to continue shopping, click on "Continue Shopping"
    If you have a discount coupon, key in the coupon code and click "Apply Coupon", you will see the discounted amount when it's applied successfully.
    If you would like to know the estimated shipping cost, key in your country & ZIP code, click "Get a Quote".
3) When you are done with the shopping, click on "Proceed to Checkout"
4) Key in the Biling Information, Shipping Information & Method and Payment Information.
5) At Payment Information page,

A) If you choose to pay by Bank Electronics Transfer, please note down our bank details and click "Continue",  review your order for one last time. Click on "Place Order", your order will be placed and you will see a page with order confirmation information. Once we receive your payment via bank transfer, we'll proceed to ship the item to you.

B) If you choose to pay by Credit Card & PayPal payment,  click "Continue" and review your order for one last time, click on "Place Order" and you will be redirected to Paypal site, follow the instruction to complete the payment. Once we receive your payment, we'll proceed to ship the item to you.

    • Yes and absolutely.

      All products are sourced from their respective authorized retailers and outlets.

      There are four reasons why our prices are so competitive:

      i. We source for the most competitive priced products.

      It's no secret that some designer brands are selling at a more competitive price at their country of origin or certain important markets. Our professional sourcing team has researched these markets and identified the best places to parallel import.

      ii. Low overhead is key.

      As an online store, our overhead is much lower compared to traditional brick and mortal retailers which factor in rental, utility fees and store assistants’ wages. Lower overhead simply means passing on the savings to you.

      iii. Capitalizing on off season products.

      Current season products usually carry a higher premium. In other big market countries, designer brands often mark down off season products through sales and promotions to make space in-store for current season products. Our strategy is to capitalize on the mark down prices of these off season products and import them from the authorized retailer or outlet.

      iv. We order in bulk.

      As an online store, we are able to reach out to many customers the world over, hence we order in bulk. Benefiting from economics of scale from bulk shipping, we save on shipping costs.

  • Authenticity and Product
    • Yes. Fiammetta only sells 100% authentic designer bags, baby clothing and accessories.

      We parallel import authentic products from authorized retailers and outlets. We do not sell imitation goods. Rest assured with Singapore’s strict laws to deal with offenders.

      All bags come brand new. We do not sell used bags.
      No and no. All of the items sold at Fiammetta are top quality merchandise.

      These items are neither factory rejects nor defective products.

      We parallel import authentic products from authorized retailers mainly from the US and Japan.

      These countries offer competitive pricing compared to retailers in other countries.

      All of our products are sold with original tags and packaging. Some items may have dust bags and boxes where applicable.

      We will gladly provide you information on each product’s packaging if requested.

  • Shopping and Ordering
    • No, we do not have a boutique. Fiammetta is solely an online boutique at the moment to maintain low overhead cost - passing the savings to you!
      Choose the product you desire and then click on 'add to cart'. Once you finish shopping, click on the check-out button on the top right menu. Fill up the billing, shipping & payment particulars, and you'll receive your purchase in the stipulated time as stated in the shipping info.
      Yes, we accept pre-orders via email.

      Let us know the product code and description via email, we'll contact you on the availability and estimated arrival time in the case if we can accept your order.

      You will receive a confirmation email stating the order particulars within minutes after you have completed the order. The email will also contain your order number for reference. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 2 hours, please contact us via email.
      All products are in stored in Singapore.
      We receive new products continuously.

      Our catalogues are updated constantly to feature the latest products. You can also sign up to our newsletter if you would like to be among the first to know when we receive new items or having sale.

  • Product order
    • Use the tracking number received to track the item online, or call the courier company to check the status of your package.

      If your product has not arrived within 2 weeks, then your order is most likely lost. Please contact us using our Contact Us form. Fiammetta insures every item that leaves our premises. We will need to report the incident to the courier company to commence the claims process.

      You will receive a refund upon completion of the claims process.

      In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please contact Fiammetta immediately.

      We will replace or refund your purchase including cost of shipping as soon as the order is re-processed at our return facility. The product should be returned to us within 7 days, with all tags and packaging intact.

      All items must still meet all of our return guidelines in order to be accepted. Please be aware that we do not accept used items back. For items accepted, Fiammetta guarantees refunds of at least 70% of your purchase price.

      Please inform us immediately. We will replace your product or refund your purchase including shipping cost as soon as the order is re-processed at our return facility within 7 days.
      We have limited sizes for each item, nevertheless we'll try our best.
      If you are located in Singapore or Johor Bahru, we will do our best to arrange one. Please contact us via email stating the product codes and the proposed meeting time and place.
  • Gift service
    • If your purchase is meant as a gift for someone, we will gladly gift wrap it.

      Your purchase will be delivered in a gift box with gift card, and you can choose to delivery it directly. We will inform you via email when the gift has arrived at its intended destination.

      We charge a flat rate on the gift box and gift card. Pleas refer to gift service catalogue.
      After choosing the products and adding it to cart, go to the gift service link and choose the packing option available and click add to cart.
  • Shipping
    • Once your ordered item is shipped, we will send you an email notification.

      For purchases above SGD100, we will ship your item by using courier service. The Air Waybill No. will be provided to you for tracking purpose via email. You can track the status of your delivery in our service provider's website. For purchases below SGD100, we will ship your item by using normal postage.

      Usually all completed orders are shipped within 3 business days.
      For purchases made in Singapore,  you should receive your purchase within 3-5 days after the order has been confirmed.

      For International customers, you should receive you purchase within 7-12 days after the order has been confirmed.

      Yes, we will ship to the shipping address stated in you order form.
      We welcome customers from all over the world and we ship to all places our Singapore delivery service company goes.

      The shipping cost is as per stated in the Shipping Info. All shipping cost includes insurance.
      We ship for free within Singapore and Malaysia.

      For other countries, we charge based on the destination, weight & sizes of the orders, please refer to our Shipping Info link.

    • We accept credit card payment, Paypal payment and direct bank transfer.

      For credit card and Paypal payment, you can complete the transaction online and an order confirmation email will be sent to you within minutes.

      For direct bank transfer (Singapore and Malaysia only), you will be provided with our bank account details after you have checked out from shopping cart. Please contact us at sales@thefiammetta.com if you require further assistance.

    • All information related to the transaction is kept confidential and will not be passed on to any third parties.
      Only Fiammetta staff members have access to your information on a need to know basis.
      We do not share email addresses with third parties. We will send only order related emails and company newsletters or other email promotions.
  • E-newsletter
    • The e-newsletter will carry the latest product info. We will also inform the subscriber about our latest promotions, e.g. clearance sales, featured item discounts, used item discounts, etc. Be sure to sign up to receive discount coupon/code during promotion period.
      No, just provide us your email. Rest assured your email address will be kept confidential. Refer to our privacy policy.

      Nevertheless, we offer many perks to our members, which include member day discounts, member referral schemes, birthday vouchers, etc., check out our membership details.
