Product descriptions such as weights & dimensions are approximate & are provided for reference purposes only. The actual colors of the product may vary from those of the images in the website due to the specifications or settings of your computer.  

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance & availability.

We offer products for sale that are in stock & available for dispatch. Once you have made your order, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the details of your order. The item will be shipped out within 2 business days after the confirmation. A reference number will be emailed to you for shipment tracking purposes. Once order has been confirmed, cancellations will NOT be accepted.

PRICING POLICY

Prices are quoted in Singaporean Dollar (SGD), US Dollar (USD) & Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The prices are not inclusive of relevant local duty, tax & shipping costs. Shipping costs will be indicated based on preferred shipping mode selected when you place an order.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made via credit card or direct bank transfer (for Singapore and Malaysia only).

RETURNS POLICY

We will ensure that all items are in good condition & packed accordingly before shipping out. Please contact us within 7 days upon delivery if item is damaged or has defects.

We can only accept return on defective items with original packaging & tags in-tact. We regret that we cannot accept return on any used item.
